Effective Monday April 4, 2022, in accordance with updated CDC guidelines, FPVHS will no longer require fully vaccinated clients to wear facemasks while inside the building. However, masking is still appreciated. In line with CDC guidelines, we do request that all unvaccinated individuals continue to mask while in the building.
Our staff will continue to mask in an effort to continue to provide uninterrupted service for all.
We continue to ask that all clients call from the parking lot to check in for their appointments as we are still trying to limit congestion in the lobby. Intake questions for your appointment will still be done via phone at check in. You'll be able to come inside with your pet once an exam room is available. This also applies for anyone coming to pick up refills or simply inquiring about our services. Please call upon arrival and our staff will direct you via phone. As you can imagine, with multiple businesses utilizing the same space, our lobby can get very crowded very quickly.
We will continue to offer curbside service for all appointments. All tech appointments will remain curbside until further notice.
If you have an appointment scheduled, but are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please let us know in advance. The decision may be made to reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled outside of the state, or country, within 2 weeks of your appointment we may also choose to reschedule.
Our call volume continues to be higher than normal right now. Please feel free to leave us a message and we will return your call when we're able to do so.
